Returning/Exchanging an Item
John Brereton Jewellers is the sole retailer of the Valdo Zeni jewellery brand. All Valdo Zeni items purchased online should be posted to John Brereton Jewellers on O'Connell Street in Dublin for returns or exchanges. Please use the online form in the registered customers section to submit a return request or just email us in advance at email@example.com so we can expect your return. We will get back to you with further instructions.
You can return an item at any of the John Brereton Jewellers stores in Dublin or send back the items in their original packaging by post. You will incur the cost of postage if it's a change of mind. You have a duty to keep the goods in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period of 14 days.
If you're returning the item in store you should bring your dispatch note with you to show proof of purchase. Should the item be presented in its original condition an exchange, refund or repair will be organised depending on the situation. If an item has been received as a gift, a gift card will be issued to you for the same value and it can be used in any of the John Brereton Jewellers stores.
If you are returning the item via post, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know in advance of the return. John Brereton Jewellers will need to organise the return of the item within their own stock system. The dispatch note must accompany the returned item. On the occasion where the product is faulty we will organise for the cost of postage to be refunded to you. (It isn't necessary to pay for postage insurance when returning an item.) If you wish to exchange the item for something else we will do our best to accommodate you if you contact Valdo Zeni to explain. The Valdo Zeni online store will be contactable from 9:30am - 6pm GMT Monday to Friday but feel free to email us at any time and we will get back to you.

What You Should Know About Returns
• If you return a piece of jewellery that was bought on sale, we can obviously only offer you the price you paid for it, not the full price.
• For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returned pierced earrings.
• We cannot accept returned jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of wear.
• If you return an item to us after the 14-day cool off period is over, we may still refund you at our discretion or offer a store credit.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you order from us online a cooling off period is available to you, you can return your goods without any penalty. The cooling off period is 14 days. This period starts the day that you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched.
